  • GMP Roll Compactor
  1. Purely GMP model, which means that all the drives are separated from the working chamber. Full stainless steel covers and fully stainless steel working chamber. The working chamber is covered by acrylic doors on three sides with the back side (fourth side) of stainless steel. Drive Chamber is totally separated from compaction area, so that contamination with the material is totally eliminated.
  2. Extra reduction gearbox is involved which equally transfers torque to the roller shafts. Special couplings that take care of the flexible roller and uniformly deliver torque from the gearbox.
  3. A/C frequency variator is used to steplessly vary the speed of the Auger. Machines controlled by PLC have A/C frequency variator to set speeds of the rollers.
  4. In built torque limiter coupling that provides safety to the machine helps the auger to slip comfortably in case of overfeeding.
  5. Provides very clean Environment as special roller encasement is provided which reduces dusting in the working chamber to near zero level.
  6. The hydraulic system facilitates the easy lifting of Auger assembly for cleaning and repeated accuracy in Pressure setting.
